License Activation
After payment is confirmed, the license key is issued to the purchasing account. Users can view key status in account management and use the key to activate Hexagon AI.
- Log in with the account that purchased the license.
- Download and install the software and AI Data using the website guide.
- Open Hexagon AI, then enter the license key or sign in according to the activation guide.
- Check license status, expiration date and allowed device count.
If activation fails, contact support with account email, order code, error screenshot and device information for faster checking.
